Marketing Executive:

• Will use his/her best skills, resources and judgment to perform the Services under this Agreement in an efficient and economical manner and in accordance with the highest professional standards.


• Will perform preliminary assessment of applicants and will verify their eligibility to apply for the chosen Program and Product. This may involve, among other things, certifying the authenticity of an original piece of identity, signed by the Applicant, such as passport, educational  credentials, bank statements and providing a copy to Company.


• Is responsible to review and familiarize him/herself with the terms and conditions of the programs and products chosen, including the legally established processing times which are introduced by the responsible state administrations.


• Undertakes to act as an intermediary between prospective clients for the services offered by Company and to market Company’s Programs and Products in a diligent manner.


• Undertakes to convey the initial communication with the prospective clients, including provision of Company’s marketing materials and brief information about Company Programs and Products.


• Acknowledges the role of Company as main point of contact with the government authorities, financing institutions, state agencies, lawyers for the program, as well as third party service providers for Company’s exclusive products and acknowledges that he/she is not allowed to contact the said third parties directly and/or to introduce the client directly, unless such introduction is necessitated by Company and unless the prior consent of Company is obtained in writing.


• Undertakes to keep Company fully informed of its activities concerning the marketing of the products.
