| Job Description: |
- Preparation of employees’ salaries and management of company payroll.
- Responsible for account reconciliations that include inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts
- Completion of invoices as per company standards and policies to ensure compliance
- Regular preparation of cash book and petty vouchers
- Fulfillment of accounting requirements, filing of accounting record.
- Full support during the external audit
- Consistent monitoring of accounts payable (raising timely red flags to avoid bad debts).
- Compiling of monthly data for the filing of monthly withholding and sales tax return
- Perform general accounting functions, including the operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work.
