| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Manager Production Planning and Control.
An ideal Candidate must have strong follow- up skills
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Develop production Plans for daily, weekly and monthly production targets of units.
- Develop time and action calendar for each as per Sales order schedule & Master Production Plan.
- Re-schedule the production plans as and when needed to adjust the customer urgent requirements and meet the contingency situations.
- Prioritize ERP jobs to load production.
- Maintain hardcopy of daily, weekly and monthly plans and send soft copy of plan with achievements and reasons for non-achievements to the Managing Director/Director operations.
- implement the resources utilization plan with the respective assembly sections and workshops.
- Coordinate with relevant Assistant Manager Execution & Control to facilitate and monitor the achievements of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Plan, schedule and review workload to ensure production output in all relevant production units and on time delivery targets are achieved.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
