| Job Description: |
- To manage overall security of the building [nineteen stories building - physical and increasingly, IT Security;
- To manage safety and firefighting arrangement for the building;
- To determine security and safety needs for the building and suggest strategies;
- To prepare and implement security and safety plan for the building;
- To manage security staff, QRF, employees, all occupants of the building, to conduct drills for fire, evacuation, emergencies on regular intervals etc;
- To develop and implement emergency & crises management plans and its implementation.
- To devise policies and procedures, SoPs for security of building and its occupants, tenants, staff, visitors and its implementation.
- To ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations relating to security and safety;
- Liaison with Law enforcement agencies, capital development authority and other allied organization for security related matters;
