| Job Description: |
- Providing accurate stock as per sale order
- Preparing and ordering Stock
- Coordinating with vendors
- Reconciliation of inventory
- Ensuring inventory is properly placed
- Preparing stock reports
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping
- Ensuring production process is smooth
- Minimum wastage
- Dealing with labor
- Maintenance planning and execution
- Preparing reports on daily and monthly basis
- Cost cutting and improving efficiency of production process
- Having a strong grip on production management skills
