JOB IS HOME BASED - FEMALE Candidate Required Only!
Candidate will be trained for 1 week and then carry out the work from their home. An active Facebook Account and internet connection is required for the job.
Candidate will be required to respond to customer queries online and take orders through Facebook and Instagram.
The orders will be then entered in excel sheets according to the template provided.
- Responding to customer queries and taking orders in a timely and effective manner
- Navigation of social media like Facebook and instagram
- Keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures for effective customer handling
- Display command over concepts of customer satisfaction
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure situations
- Able to transit positive attitude in team
- Understand the importance of values being part of everyday routine
- Ability to handle several customers at a time
- Ability to enter data in Excel Sheets
