Product Management:
· Responsible for enhancing uptake of overall product portfolio
· Responsible for new product launch or any modifications/changes to the existing products while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Brands, PD, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Software, Technology & Finance to design new products, their user journeys and integrated use cases on the Digital Channels
· Responsible for maintaining and drafting of all the documentations as per the guidelines of the bank and the regulator(s)
· Creating smooth processes and working towards automation for quick delivery
Business Forecasting and Product performance Management:
· Creating business cases for new products and channels based on customer profiles, competitive analysis, market dynamics and insights.
· Maintain product portfolio dashboards and reports to showcase and track progress
· Running analysis on existing products and building projections for improvements
· Monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) of products and services
Customer Experience and Life Cycle management
· Constantly improving customer experience for product usage
· Monitoring the uptake of products
· Encouraging continued customer engagements through sales and marketing campaigns
· Identifying areas for improvements
