| Job Description: |
- Arrange items as per department requirement and get approval from department head.
- Arrange material from approved sources as per purchase order.
- Arrange the resources for manufactured items in market
- Handover material to concerned
- Check & follow up of material received and resolve the issue related to quality.
- Arrange invoices or bills of market items
- Do the survey of market and arrange new sources of regular purchased items.
- Make the list of regular purchased items and arrange monthly quotation of those items.
- Make comparison of quotation received from vendors to finalize best option.
