Requirements:

• Highly developed organizational, planning and management skills
• Active listening skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport
• Experience developing new business relationships with small, medium and large scale businesses
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of expressing various thoughts via email/chat. Should be able to provide complete and sensible responses
• Ability to work in night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
• Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers
• Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers’ needs
• Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience
