| Job Description: |
- To make sure that all bank reconciliation are done by 5th of the following month.
- To make budget from time to time.
- Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
- To create PSID for income tax return within 7th day of issuance of payment.
- Working on financial reporting with senior manager/director finance.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
- To coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Communicate with Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise.
- To maintain cash in hand and to arrange deposits of cash into bank.
- To prepare cash and cheque payment vouchers and to make payment accordingly.
