- Global Resource Hunting
- Filling resources need for temporary and permanent staffing
- Conducting screening of international recruitment through emails, calls, zoom meetings
- Strong coordination with project team on daily basis to meet the need of technical staff requirement.
- Making plans and finding best strategies to hunt best resources globally.
- Advertising the job and posting it to multiple channels to attract new talent to fulfill the needs of task management.
- Coordinating schedules and arranging technical interviews
- Maintaining company database in reference to the international resources and continuosly working on expanding this database with valuable IT personnel
- Building and maintaining good relation with existing and new temporary and permanent international technical persons
- Any other assigned task
