| Job Description: |
- To conduct inventory reserve analyses on monthly, quarterly annual basis.
- To classify costs accurately.
- To generate reports and analyze findings.
- To establish standard costs and update them as appropriate.
- To wastage control of the fabric.
- To cost reduction with their planning.
- To oversee production planning & management activities
- To develop production plan & timelines according to production specification
- To determine production requirements based on industry capacity
- To plan work flow & schedules for production departments
- To monitor production status & ensure timely delivery
- To do continuous improvement
- To do process improvement
- To determine the sequence of operations for continuous production
- To identify delays & accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- To evaluate production processes & recommend improvements
- To keep track of production schedules
- To determine, materials & manpower required to complete the production cycle to meet the deadline.
- To resolve production issues to management promptly ( orders management system) handling. Emails correspondence, costing, reporting
- MRP, CRP & Costing Controllor. Production Planning & Controllor.
