| Job Description: |
- Responds to general provider contract inquiries, provider education and non-routine claim issues and may research, analyze, and recommend resolution for provider disputes.
- Conducts provider outreach by providing training and guidance to enable network providers to become more self-sufficient in confirming eligibility, claims submission and payment by use of available tools.
- Contributes to the content and maintenance of the Provider Manual, provider newsletters, and other provider correspondence.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Must have good negotiation skills with insurance to get higher reimbursements from the insurances
- Making appeals for out of network payments and also must have knowledge of making reports in appeals.
- Must have good communication skills to take follow-ups on out of networ
