Job Description:

We are looking for Business Development Director ( Real Estate )  has the responsibility of establishing strategic priorities for the revenue growth of their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Creating on line and off line marketing strategy to generate leads, (attracting customers)
  • Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
  • Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element.
  • They will manage the strategy by recruiting and developing a broker network and own sales team.
  • They will identify the proper brokers in the GCC and his own sales force
  • They will develop and implement a proper induction plan for new joiner. (Brokers and own team members)
  • They will monitor the on line marketing plan and its implementation.
  • Leads team performance:
  • They will set the right example by participating in selling efforts
  • They will set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and own sales team.
  • They will manage communication and share best practices among network and own sales team members.
  • Develop team performance:
  • When needed, they will develop performance of both Brokers and Own sales force.
  • Hold people accountable for performance.
