| Job Description: |
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team,
- Developing/implementing sales strategies and working with the team to achieve set performance targets,
- Coaching the team in on-field settings and guiding it towards adding value to every customer interaction,
- Continually assessing sales processes to identify improvement opportunities/efficiencies.
- Analyzing sales data for drawing strategy conclusions.
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. They also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Work on sales scripts with agents.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
