- To Coordinate in Planning & Execution of e the Procurement Activities of an Engineering Company
- To Prepare Purchase Order on the basis of Best Suitable Rates and Research.
- To make the most cost effective Purchases processes for the Company.
- Follow up Vendors and Purchasers for Timely and Good Quality Products.
- To minimize the Risk of Delayed Production by Ensuring Timely availability of Goods. To Present Periodic Reports / Presentations.
- To Organize the Purchasers in an Effective & Result Oriented Manner.
- To Prepare Required Departmental Working Flow Charts and Responsibilities.
- To timely respond the queries from Top Management.
- To Prepare the Analytical / Graphical Presentations.
- To make sure the Timely & Effective Documentation Flow.
- To Sort out the Daily Departmental Problems with Technical Experience and vision.
