Responsibilities for Manager

• Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities and related analysis by pitching proposed course of action in meetings with clients.
• Develop relationships with clients and expands the Organization's client network.
• Maintaining new and existing client relationships, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and meeting with them to discuss their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
• Evaluating the performance of investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with standards provided by Organization, including risk disclosures, anti-money laundering requirements, etc.
• Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within the branch market area to improve sales, marketing, and staff development.
• Ensures branch compliance with regulatory procedures.
• Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends.
• Manage equity portfolios to maximize investment returns.
• Work together with the research team to identify investment opportunities.
• Interacting with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback and resolve customer problems as needed.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

• Master's / Bachelors (Hons) degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience in a Financial Institution or Asset Management Company, preferably with solid financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Proven experience in investment and financial assets management as an analyst or manager in a financial institution environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional client focus customer services.
• Flexible to travel to meet clients as required.
