| Job Description: |
To perform and manage all activities involved in the purchase of material from local/overseas Sources as per the Company’s procedures and methods
- To evaluate suppliers for the prequalification purposes, and to identify correct sources for material procurement.
- To assist Manager Supply Chain in negotiation to establish the rate running contracts regarding bulk procurement.
- To analyze local/overseas quotes for bulk procurement.
- To maintain record in proper retrievable manner
- Planning of workload to fulfill the timely material requirement of Stores/Projects/BA
- Catering to purchase requirements of Stores/Projects/BA and to collect offer from genuine sources i.e. local/foreign nonviable commercial terms
