Job Description:

PRG (Progressive Resource Group) is a recruiting company having multiple clients in UK and US. PRG started its operations back in 2017 in UK and now initially started to expand its operations in US market.

Office Timings: 6pm to 3am (US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Commission: Monthly recurring placement commission

Responsibilities:

Source the candidates from different job boards.

Initial screening over the phone.

Salary negotiation.

Submit the candidate as per the clients requirement in specific format as advised by the client.

Arranging technical interviews over the phone/email.

Keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills are required.

Must have experience in call centre preferrably in US based call centre as a Tele-Sales Represetative.

Prior experience in technical recruiting will be a PLUS.

Can do attitude is required.

Someone willing to work for long term and looking recruitment as a career job.
