| Job Description: |
The tasks we are looking to be completed by the role of Head of Presales.
- Lead the data entry team.
- Provide effective communication to management and the other departments as appropriate and necessary.
- Review, analyze and report on team performance.
- Assurance of data quality.
Your experience:
- Bachelor/Master's degree.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- At least 5 years of experience working in data entry and lead generation.
- Working experience with CRM tools, knowledge of VTiger would be advantageous.
- Excellent English language skills.
- German language skills are an advantage.
