| Job Description: |
- Receiving and Measuring the material as per approved specifications from suppliers, vendors, procurement department;
- Recording the items in approved inventory management system;
- Issuing the material as given specifications at the site and recording them in approved inventory management system;
- Recollecting any balances / unused materials at the end of the working day;
- Checking incoming materials for quality and getting approval from relevant departments to proceed the further documentation;
- Preparing monthly inventory report detailing all material received and consumed at the site;
- Preparing Weekly Store Report (WSR) consisting of all material recorded in site storage;
- Informing Site Engineer (SE) of the status of balance material when supplies are low in site storage;
- Assisting Site Engineer in requesting new material with processing of Material Requisition Form;
- Collecting quotations from local suppliers and assist in local purchases as needed;
- Handing over charge of site storage to security guards at closing of site;
- Reviewing physically inventories on periodical basis;
- Other duties as assigned.
