| Job Description: |
- Assist the CEO in the timely management of communication; including written, telephone and Email.
- Communicates with the general staff on the CEO's behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Develop, document and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
- Develop presentations for management and stakeholders on business operations and developments.
- Assist in the development of a business plan to achieve operational goals.
- Perform business and financial analysis across the organization.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management and external partners.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
