| Job Description: |
- Keep the waiting area neat and tidy
- Ensure the COVID -Sops by the beneficiaries
- Ensure the proper sitting of the beneficiaries, manage the crowd by adopting the crowd controlling measurements.
- Complete the initial filtration of eligible beneficiaries and send them to the FC room as per their turn
- Guide the beneficiaries regarding the document requirement
- Note the referral cases for the B-form
- Maintain all the records for the beneficiaries appeared for the visits on prescribed format
- Guide the beneficiaries to the hospital outdoor for the required services
- Assist the staff in managing the stocks
- Perform the duties of the office boy
- Any other task assigned by the FC in charge
- Assist in managing the stationary stocks at the FC.
- Mange the stock and store established adjacent to EN centre
