| Job Description: |
- To ensure regular gathering of data collected from field teams and FC sites
- Share the daily report with the WFP. Ensure the manual records are properly filled by the relevant FC’ staff
- Cross verified physically observing the reported data with FC records on monthly basis
- To ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the database.
- Re-verification of entered data as per the plan of activities
- Acquired proficiency on the android app and act as point of referral for the FC staff
- To ensure proper filing of data and its backup on daily basis at the end of day.
- To initiate actions aimed at breaking down passivity, apathy and attitudes of letting others do things for them.
- Ensure sufficient supplies are available at all the FCs i.e., SNF, Stationary etc.
- Ensure that all the provided tablets are being properly handled by the FC staff
- Uninterrupted internet connectivity ensured at all the FC
- Provided the guidance to the field and FC staff in filling the formats and regarding reporting
- Act as point of referral for provision of the authentic information to the high ups from WFP
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ensure quality work and strict monitoring on day-by-day activities.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to concerned officials.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Support assist and coordinate with project team in order to meet the project deadlines.
- Ensure submission of quality project reports on timely and efficiently.
- Data officer will also monitor the project activities as per project indicators through a pre designed checklist.
- He/she will prepare his/her monitoring plan and share with the district coordinator for approval and facilitation
