| Job Description: |
- Will develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures for project.
- Monitor all project activities, distributions, beneficiary identification process use of SNF and progress towards achieving the project targets.
- Recommend further improvement of service delivery.
- Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.
- Provide feedback to the District Coordinator on project strategies and activities.
- Suggest strategies to District Coordinator/ Provincial Manager for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
- Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure the effective implementation of M&E.
- Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
- Assist the District Coordinator in preparing other relevant reports.
- Collect case studies/ success stories
- Ensue that all records are maintained as per requirement of donor.
- Monitoring and verification of all record at district level
- Provide input and update information related to project outcome
- Prepare meeting minutes and reports of monitoring visit
- Facilitate the donor visitors and ensure all preparations before the visit
- Periodically review the data prepared by data officer
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager
