Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Amazon team.
  • Ensure team is meeting the assigned KPls.
  • Ensure the department team requirements
  • Periodic staff training.
  • Grow existing partnerships with Amazon by continuous analysis of performance on the planned targets.
  • Work with Merchandising, Buying and Marketplace partners to develop and execute
  • campaigns/programs to drive sales
  • Manage Marketing for Driving Sales
  • Ranking the product line on the relevant platform and boost sales.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide adequate reporting on the Sales.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
  • Identify and close new marketplace opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Amazon business development/sales experience is a must
  • Have good knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon)
  • Experience selling on Amazon or other large format e-commerce accounts is a must
  • Experience in Freelance ecommerce services is a plus
  • Experience in product management, merchandising, sales analysis or related field is a plus Proficient in using
  • Excel to perform data analysis, research, inputting and gathering data and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proficient in all Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Great at translating data-speak to external teams (Product, Marketing, Inventory, etc.) Strong customer communication skills, including buyer negotiations
  • Strong organizational skills Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software to organize sales data and product listings
  • Ability and willingness to coach and develop team members to expand marketplace division

Education: Minimum sixteen years education in IT or Management Sciences
