Job Description:

1.Form the community organization at village and Hamlet level

2.To put up the habit of Cos members for mandatory savings

3.To build the capacity of Cos for improvement in Public services and collective actions

4.To create awareness among Co members regarding Civic rights

5.Mobilize local communities to raise their voices through collective actions

6. Conduct and organize workshops in local communities under the supervision of team leader

7. Collect, tabulate field data and generate analysis reports (PSC/Situation Analysis etc.)

8. Build linkages of the community organizations will the government line agencies.

9.Develop event reports

10.Spread organizational vision and mission among rural communities

11. To encourage and stimulate full participation by all community members; with special attention to those who are usually forgotten, marginalized and overlooked in community decision making

12.Develop proposals of community development initiatives

13.Provide strategic direction for organizational future programs

14. Mobilize and build capacity of the target community towards empowerment through learning and sharing, self-reflection, analysis and problem solving strength to the point where they no longer need the services of you the mobilizer.
