| Job Description: |
Invoice Processing:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable and resolving overdue payments as appropriate
- Ensuring all invoices and payments received are appropriately coded within ERP-system
- Ensure all invoices are authorized as per the authorization matrix
Payroll:
- Supporting the Company Payroll Process
- Ensuring all travel payments are compliant with the Travel and Expenses policy
- Checking all payroll reports for accuracy and securing appropriate authorization prior to payments being made to colleagues
Month end process:
- Production of month end reconciliations
- Responsibility for maintenance of accounting system and passing journals
Other:
- Provide support to the CFO and Controller
- Compliance with Accounting manual responsibilities and procedures
- Maintain and order supplies/equipment as needed for the office and employees
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 - 3 yeas experience from simular work
Skills Required
- Understanding of basic accounting principals
- Experienced with ERP-systems is an advantage
- Excellent written oral and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Experience working in a Finance environment with familiarity and processing routines
