Position Title: Warehouse Executive Reporting Line: Manager Supply Chain Summary:
The Warehouse Executive at SSC is responsible for handling all outbound orders from the distribution centers to the stores. The position ensures that there are no logistical complaints and issues at the post-sourcing section of the supply chain. Role and Responsibilities: To check and respond to all issues pertaining to the dispatch of orders from the distribution center and to ensure that all orders are delivered timely. Key Result Areas: -
Receive and respond to complaints with regards to logistics support.

Coordinate with Agility and get the complaints and issues resolved in a timely manner.

Share monthly all complaints record with the Accounts Department to settle shop accounting with the Stock Receiving Performa.

Randomly select units and check them for quality at the time of dispatch and report any issues discovered.

Perform final checks on the dispatch units and confirm addresses and orders.
Maintain and share with the head office dispatch reports.
Critical Dimensions: -
Ensure that all complaints are responded to and settled within the set time.

Ensure that all correct and detailed reports are shared with the head office in the set time.

Ensure that all dispatches cover all ordered items and are addressed correctly.
