Job Description:

The Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Hold a Masters degree in Marketing, MBA will be preferred
  • Have 6 7 years of relevant work experience

Job Description:

  • Drive the sales channel and support Sales enablement in coordination with other stake holders primarily the marketing and management team
  • Coordinate with the top management, channel head, regional Managers and Marketing teams for deciding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets of regions and nationwide.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing sales competition in liaison with marketing and channel HOD.
  • Responsible for developing commission structures for the sales channels
  • Monitor team KPI and generating productivity reports. Maneuvering KPI to ensure team performance.
  • Responsible for the delivery of different reports / dashboards to management on channel performance and support.
  • Analysis on sales trends and reporting progress on daily and monthly Gross Ads, Churn Revenue etc. on Regional and Channel basis
  • Coordinate with different stake holders (within or outside BSD) for Sales Reports concerning any compliance reporting relating to Sales, head count etc.
  • Manage the Commission budget allocated to Sales department and its distribution in different teams/ heads/months as per the monthly sales and budget situation.
  • Validation of monthly commission received from sales teams and forward to Finance teams for the disbursement.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure on-time preparation of monthly commission.
  • Follow-up with Finance teams for the on-time disbursement of monthly commission.
