Job Description:

Coordinate for the survey, registration and enrolment work being done in the assigned field area

Build relations with community leaders, influencers and institutions relevant to the voucher program

Communicate with parents to encourage them to send their children to school

Daily visits to partner schools to gather attendance data and monitor enrolment process

Coordinate with school administration to collect information about School Assessment, Parents Teacher Meetings and School Report Cards.

Support in capacity building interventions at schools

Required Skills:

Confident and presentable

Computer literate; must know basic Word & Excel

Basic English language proficiency

Must have own Motor Bike and Smart Phone

EFS addresses the current education crisis in Pakistan through a multi-faceted strategy that focuses on grass-root level support to families, capacity building of schools and NGO partnering for extensive reach of its programmes that focuses on identifying out of school children and providing them access to school education.

Our focus is primary level education and EFS is targeting to enroll 180,000 out of school children in schools by 2016. EFS' primary donor at the moment is UK Government Department for International Development- (DFID)
