• Work closely with the CEO in providing documentation and administrative support for projects.
• Keep trace of business and technical developments, work directly with clients and markets as a basis for planning and managing change, stimulating customers and ensuring the Companys success.
• Closely monitor the daily activities.
• Mange all aspects of project documentation including SOPs, User Manuals, Project meetings and implement their follow up with project team.
• Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of User Manuals and SOPs
• Determine and assess the project staffing requirements and arrange to recruit the appropriate personnel necessary for the project.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

In cooperation with the scheduler, develop, plan and update the schedule project schedule, timelines and milestones using appropriate scheduling tools, to include all dependencies and critical path. Assure that all critical path activities are performed in accordance with the schedule. Track project milestones and deliverables.

The candidate must possess skills of supervisory responsibilities and mentoring junior team members with code & documentation reviews, high productivity and effective time management in assignments, able to communicate directly with client for Requirements gathering and prepare client presentations independently. Must able to communicate accurate status to the management and must be able to work in a high pressure environment.
