Coordinating with Sales, Commissions, Accounting, CRM, Reports Team, to ensure the accurate sales information on our reporting platforms and at sales management meetings
Managing the sales reporting process to ensure timely exchange of monthly data among division heads, forecast pipelines, review and distribute reports, field inquiries from sales leaders and division heads, initiate data investigation and communicate resolution.
Acting as primary liaison on sales reporting projects, budgeting process (forecast vs actual sales performance) and reconciliation.
Maintaining existing sales reports and design new reports as needed.
Developing sales operations policies and procedures.
Working with cross-departmental leaderships to identify opportunities for improvement and attend regular sales management meetings.
Identifying needs for major sales projects/resources and communicates them to sales leadership.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors Degree required
Good verbal (phone) and writing skills, high attention to detail
sales support experience
understanding of retail business (what is revenue, what is profit, what is cost of goods and services, what is a quote)
Proven ability to create reports and analyze to provide recommendations
Ability to prioritize, organize, complete multiple tasks and accurately handle a high volume of work
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Word and PowerPoint
CRM expertise desirable
Experience with designing and implementing sales operations processes based on internal company business model is desirable
Good judgment and problem solving skills
