The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
- Have 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Perform Business Requirement analysis for IT/Technical systems.
- Plan and Implement new changes in IT/technical systems as per requirement.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT systems/projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing systems.
- Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of IT systems/applications.
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
- Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues.
- Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
- Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party system implementation and product development consultants.
- Assist administrators with application installation and testing.
- Identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems databases and implement solutions.
- Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
- Manage creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
- Liaison with all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Systems development, designing of New Solutions and Project Management.
- In-depth Knowledge of Storage technologies / Integration Architectures, DBMS and CRM.
Desirable Skills
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Have sound & proficient analytical skills with an aptitude to take initiatives.
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Have sound co-ordination and follow up skills.
- Have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent proficiency required in MS Office, i.e. Power Point, Excel Word, MS Project and Visio.
