To perform front desk administrative duties and offer good customer care services to both internal clients and provide general help desk services.
To answer telephone calls in a professional manner at all times.
To Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
To handle correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
To Liaison with staff, suppliers and clients.
To Maintain Log Books related to courier and Admin.
To deliver internal mail and personal documents services.
To maintain his/her attendance and stay available all the time.
To maintain HR and Attendance Sheet.
To participate in organizing Office ceremonies and events.
To supervise and appraise subordinate staff for maintaining office.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
