Job Description:

1.     Coordination with ZSM / RSM / HO Credit / Accounts / Audit for timely resolution of Zonal Credit related issues & boost up recoveries.

2.     Credit Review Meeting MOMs discussion with credit officers / ZSM on weak areas gaps.

3.     Review of daily To Do List of all credit officers & make necessary changes accordingly checking on daily closing.

4.     Check scan documents report of SCOs ensuring completion & prepare Zonal Summary of Gaps.

5.     Credit Officers Attendance.

6.     Coordination & review with Recovery & Legal team on timely actions of recovery & Legal matters of Zone.

7.     Prepare zone wise MTD collection achievement and discuss with ZSM, RSM on call meeting to grip weak areas also during visit of ZSM.

8.     Check & Approve Credit Sales of branches with coordination of SCO.

9.     Audit & Credit reports review / discussion & compliance in coordination with ZSM / RSM.

10.   Identify & highlight all HP accounts opened without one & two installments in advance as per SOP & compliance with coordination of ZSM / RSM.

11.   Training of Credit officer & FC / Sales team on credit matters.

12.   Zonal Level receivable meeting (Agenda, Working & Results).

13.   Task Force (Agenda, Working & Results).

14.   Preparation of credit analysis & share with concern person & strategy to cover identified risk.

15.   Post verification Report results, discussion with ZSM / RSM & strategy to cover identified risk.

16.   Finalize & sharing of BA(s) / FC(s) KPIs with Accounts for commission.

17.   Prepare CO's Monthly KPI's for commission working.

18.   Finalize CO(s) visit expenses & submit it to HO with excel detail.

19.   Compile Monthly rejected customers report (for the period 1st to 30th of each month) & share with HO.

20.   Communication & implementation of New SOP's in Zone.

21.   Ensuring Proper handing & Taking over of all RD Branches Staff.

22.   Visit of branches in Zone as per plan and schedule approved by HO.

23.   Ensure Branch opening activities have been done as per checklist.

24.   Ensure all BAs are performing jobs as per Credit JDs points while highlighting issue for compliance.
