Job Description: |
JD includes but is not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries, complains, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines.
- Providing Pre and Post Sales Support to customers over emails and phone.
- Using company provided software tools to generate value for the end users.
- Proofreading content before it goes Live over the website.
- Ensure picture policy is implemented properly.
- Following-up on missing information by the employers - Company Verifications (promotion and others).
- Dealing directly with customers over the phone and via e-mails.
- Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and take action accordingly.
- Creating and maintaining warm & strong client relationship by assisting them in using ROZEE products.
Plus points:
- Quick learner and able to work with or without supervision.
- Team player and able to work well with others.
- Email writing etiquette.
- Phone call handling (handle esscalations, error reporting and PR building).
