| Job Description: |
Key Tasks
- Full function accounts payable - processing invoices and payments
- Prepare & maintain all Vendor accounts
- Preparing & maintaining all work orders
- Reconciles Accounts Receivables/ accounts payable on a weekly basis.
- Follows up all outstanding invoices with departments or other Branches
- Prepare & enter payroll, wages & salary of factory
- Process Invoices into the Accounting software
- Ability to work with Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) software
