Close co-ordination with staff / worker to solve their problems and watch their overall performance.
Prepare necessary appointing documents In case of selection.
Prepare various internal H.R. Reports.
Comply Training Schedule.
Maintain Attendance Machine record.
Basic Counseling of Staff / Workers.
Prepare Payroll and perks for Company’s employee.
Co-ordinate with Health Insurance Company.
Implementation of QMS.
Liaising amongst different department and complete any other task(s) assigned by Management.
