| Job Description: |
- Consultant will be receiving calls from Clients
- Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
- Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
- Organize and prioritizes duties
- Consultant will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support
- Consultant will handle customer queries via emails
- Minimum two year experience is required in sales
