We need an Executive secretary that can aid our CEO in his work.

The ideal candidate must make good use of existing technologies, be Highly Motivated, Organized, Detail Oriented and Bold individual with Pleasant personality having Strong Interpersonal Skills to act as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan, Organize and Manage CEO's Schedule

·       Plan and Coordinate International and Domestic travel arrangements for the CEO and accompanying Senior Management.

·       Be able to take minutes of meetings, dictation and Independently draft internal and external correspondence.

·       Take daily follow up from Key Management and provide a daily update report to the CEO

·       Maintain Executive Office/files, records and logs.

·       Manage CEO’s Personal Finances and book keeping

•        Be able to Handle Legal matters, Drafting and Documentation of Legal issues.

•        Be able to Deal and Correspond with Government Departments, Ministries, etc
