| Job Description: |
We are looking for P.A to CEO with following attributes;
- Minimum 3 years experience as P.A with very good English Communication.
- Handle calls, enquiries, requests, communication and clerical work of CEO.
- Report CEO about all official matters of the office.
- Proper understanding of official language and official communication.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Perfect Analytical Approach.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Organising and attending meetings.
- Able to deal with general bank related matters (deposit & withdrawal).
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Advertise for hiring and schedule interviews.
- Check & maintain daily attendance and office filing.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Proper experience of MS Word & Excel and typing & using printer etc.
- Provide support in routine office activities.
