| Job Description: |
- Effective planning on daily basis of goods delivery.
- Delivery confirmations.
- To co-ordinate with the Logistic providers for the deliveries.
- To look after the pending material deliveries for Regular Orders.
- To look after the pending material deliveries for “Special Projects”.
- To determine the mode of transportation, keeping in view the safety of goods and requirement of the customer(s).
- To supervise the dealer sales deliveries on daily basis.
- Prepare Inbound Transfer documents (STO).
- Supervise the delivery(ies) for the liaison offices via making the DO (Delivery Order) for branch offices.
- To coordinate with Finance department for deliveries of branch offices.
- Prepare and follow up list of pending items from the daily purchase orders for branch offices and dealers network.
- Look after reverse logistics (including damages and returns).
- To coordinate with all the delivery/dispatch/inventory staff of branches.
- Suggest and solve problems to achieve the delivery plan.
- Good Communication (verbal & written)
