Objective 1
To implement project-related assessments, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities
Tasks & responsibilities
- To regularly monitor & conduct follow-up visits to program sites /activities to ensure standards procedures have been followed
- To mainstream the accountability mechanism (FCM) in program activities, and to manage any beneficiary complaints in a timely, thorough, and responsible manner
- To assist MEAL department to conduct lesson learnt exercises
- To assist the MEAL department in project baseline/end line assessments data collection.
Objective 2
To assist in data Compilation and entry on relative data sets or formats.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To lead and take part in the field for monitoring and data collection for log frame indicators
- To support in the development of standardized tools as required in the project
- To support (if possible) the development of a centralized database for different MEAL activities
- Assist in the data analysis, generate graphical and statistical reports
Objective 3
To assist in the project reports/meetings/Case studies and result presentation
Tasks & responsibilities
- To participate in weekly/monthly coordination meetings, other internal meetings as requested
- To contribute to overall project design, activity implementation guidelines, training development, and documentation.
- Based on the data availability, develop and present a summary reports as required.
- Support department for documenting case studies/success stories with program teams
- Undertake any other relevant task assigned by Line Manager.

· Monthly field Activity Progress Reports (quantitative and narrative)
· Weekly or Monthly field plans and field visits report/FCM report
· Case studies and best practices documentation
· Assessment reports (baseline/end line)
· Support in other project-specific reports as requested
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (social science) with minimum 02 years of overall experience and 01 years in relevant field in development sector
SKILLS
ESSENTIAL
· Excellent communication - internal and external
· Excellent analytical ability on programmes
· Fluent in English, Urdu and Pashtu
· Excellent computer skills
PREFERRED
· Experience with evaluations and monitoring in Health/nutrition programing
· Previous experience working on a variety of surveys / assessments
· Ability to produce quality deliverables according to a timeframe/schedule
· Strong understanding of and experience with data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis
· Understanding of and experience with accountability mechanisms
· Experience in an INGO
