Numesko is a digital agency with its Head office in the UK,  providing services to various e-commerce projects operating in the UK. Presently, Numesko is looking to recruit an experienced SEO Link Builder to work from Rawalpindi office (Bahria Town Phase-08).

Role and Responsibilites

• Develop a good understanding of our products/services, target audience and competitor activities.
• Ability to rank websites in accordance with the company's goal.
• Perform link building activities such as Blog posting, Local SEO Business directory submission, Press releases, Guest blog posting, Forum posting, high DA web directory submission and Social Bookmarking.
• Acquire links from Answer and Questions websites like Quora.com
• Contact Bloggers to generate quality back links.
• Should maintain a huge list of bloggers and link builders
• Perform competitor’s backlink acquisition.
• Implement internal linking, maintain website structure
• Should be enthusiastic about link earning/gaining through multiple quality websites.
• Posting ads on classified sites
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure sites are SEO optimized.
• Responsible for other assigned tasks and multitasking when required.
• Ability to execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights (Using Google Analytics, Google search console)
• Establish backlinks, remove bad links when required
• Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Perform on page optimization techniques.
• Remove 404 errors
• Review Google Search Console on regularly basis and resolve on-page issues
• Review user-behaviour tools like (lucky orange, hot jar) and implement changes into the main website.
• Should know how to use Ahref, Moz, Semrush and other backlink effectively. 

Skills Required:

• Good command of  English (both writing and speaking )
• Very Good in Grammar & Spellings.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Must be holder of BS (CS) or BBA degree or any other relevant degree.
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as an SEO and Link Builder
• Strong Internet research skills.
• Should be able to think outside the box and get creative on work strategy.
• Should be a team worker and able to work in pressure.
