Performing as subject matter expert of spray dryer. Share responsibility with production team in achieving smooth operation of Spray Dyer Facilitating continuous improvement on the area of Spray Dyer to optimize the performance and minimize the losses. Deliver technical training to Spray Dryer operator including skill assessment to the production operator / Supervisor to close the skill gap of optimal operation.
Create and update the training material and standard of Spray Dryer, to ensure update knowledge management in the area of Spray Dryer technologist |
