Main job description include:
- Bank / Cash Reconciliation
- Month-end Accounts closing
- Account Payables (Ensuring payments timely keeping in view the cash flows position)
- Inventory management (Implementation and adherence to SOPs, fortnightly stock reconciliation, physical stock count, adjustments to accounts)
- Account Receivables (Managing aging reports and recoveries within time to fulfill cash flows targets)
- Daily sales report (from online sales portal)
- Monthly invoices preparation and dispatching on time
- Payroll preparation and strict control over disbursements
- Cash flows forecasting and ensuring that monthly targets are met.
- Financial accounts preparation
- Inventory Management
- Management reporting of sorts
- Online retail business management
- Ensuring adherence to Standard operating procedures (SOP’s) including file/voucher management
- Strong emphasis on correctness, completeness and accuracy
