Job Description:



  • Manage User facilitation counter (special facility established for Clearing Agents / Importers / Exporters for filing / data entry of Import / Export Goods Declarations, scanning and printing of documents).

  • Providing quality technical support (on-site or via phone or email) to Importers / Exporters / Clearing Agents in One Customs / WeBoc related issues.

  • Impart training to the Customs Officials, Importers / Exporters, Clearing Agents and other stake holders like NBP, GHAs etc.

  • Help out Customs Staff in routine matters like Self-Assessment Cases, Re-Assessment, Split Items, Duty Taxes, Quota Debiting and SRO’s benefit etc.

  • Any other duty assigned by the Manager
