The Data Processor is responsible for performing data entry work using a personal computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, and retrieving data into/from various systems; and websites.

Data Entry Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry

• Obtain further information for incomplete information

• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database

• Accomplish tasks by completing related result as needed

• Compile and organizes author’s data

• Education and Experience

• Formal computer training an advantage

• High comfort level using computers

• Moderate to proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

• Must be comfortable with sitting for long periods
