| Job Description: |
- Take measures to keep the production capacity to the required level and improve the efficiency of production by bringing it as per standard.
- To control the wastage and produce the shoes within the approved consumption.
- Ensure the production process is fully implemented.
- Strictly adhere the production hours and punctuality of all production staff.
- Use logical reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and approach to problems.
- Determine the material resources required.
- Determine and implement improvement to the production process.
- Manage production budgets.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.
- Reviewing work performance of the team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
